How it works

1. Assess

You send photos, basic dimensions, and target quantities. We confirm feasibility & quote.

2. Scan

We capture accurate geometry (on‑site or shipped) and generate meshes/point clouds.

3. CAD

We rebuild clean parametric models and restore design intent & tolerances — or design new parts from requirements.

4. Reproduce

Prototype, validate, and manufacture the final parts with QA docs.

Can you work from a broken or worn part?

Yes. We capture what exists, then rebuild to nominal dimensions by inferring design intent. We’ll confirm assumptions with you before manufacturing.

Do you design new parts?

Yes. Provide requirements (function, loads, interfaces), and we’ll propose concepts, select materials/processes, and deliver CAD + prototypes.

What tolerances can you meet?

Scanning accuracy to ±0.05 mm (typical) and machining tolerances per drawing. Every job includes an inspection summary.

Materials & finishes?

Aluminum, steels, stainless, engineering plastics, elastomers, and coatings. We can suggest material upgrades while maintaining fit.
